Returns - Returns must be within 30 days of receiving. Buyer must contact us for a return authorization. Authorization requires buyer to include NAME and ORDER NUMBER. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will include cost per item(s) minus the cost of shipping in the original transaction.

 

Exchanges - Exchanges must be within 30 days of receiving. Buyer must contact us for an exchange authorization. Authorization requires buyer to include NAME and ORDER NUMBER. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will be sent a shipping invoice to email on file of the original transaction for the shipment of the exchange. Shipping invoice will expire in 5 business days after receiving the exchange item. Non-payment of shipping invoice for exchange will result in a refund minus shipping charges of the original transaction.

*U.S. Shipments - Shipping rate will include $1.75 handling fee PLUS real-time USPS.com shipping rate. All shipping rates are based on the United States Postal Service rates. Any change will be automatic if USPS makes changes to their shipping rates

*International Shipments - Shipping rate will include $1.75 handling fee PLUS real-time USPS.com shipping rate. We reserve the right to use other shipping services to meet our shipping needs for international order.

LOST SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We will do our best to provide assistance in finding out what may have occurred. Insurance is OPTIONAL when purchasing and only UPON request. Email US if you wish to add insurance to your order. This is especially recommended for International Shipment.

Intenational Shipments - We will investigate tracking numbers to determine if shipments are lost. In most cases, shipments are held in CUSTOMS and you may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you wish to purchase a more secure way to assure a timely delivery, please contact us before making a purchase to assist you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that never arrive. We can offer insurance on package for a guaranteed refund should anything occur with your delivery.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Returned shipments, buyers will be notified that packages came back. Shipping charges will apply to resend packages. If buyers do not pay the shipping charge, a refund will be sent, minus the cost of shipping.
